Afternoon
1.30pm to 4.30pm
This
course
has
been
designed
to
introduce
new
students
to
the
sport
of
HEMA
and
will
focus
on
a
range
of
different
martial
disciplines.
Please
wear
comfortable
sports
clothing
and
supportive
training
shoes
(no
heeled
shoes,
pumps
or
open-toes
shoes).
Weapons
and
protective
masks
will
be
lent,
but
we
suggest
you
bring
some
sturdy
gloves,
such
as
a
pair
of
leather
gardening gloves. Please note that spaces are limited .
